West Dorset has many hidden valleys. Underhill Farm nestles within one of them, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. If you have not been to Dorset before you will find it full of charming villages, historical houses, beautiful gardens, the spectacular world heritage coast and much more. Most of our visitors fall in love with the area and can’t wait to return.

Bramble Down is all on the ground floor. It is very popular with couples who don’t like steps or who may be bringing an elderly relative.

The area is full of attractions of all types with the coast only ½ hour’s drive away. There are plenty of pubs/restaurants within 1-5 miles, including the award winning Fox Inn in the village. There is parking beside the property.

Downstairs:

Sitting room – with TV, video and stereo. Double sofa bed

Kitchen/diner - fully fitted cream units with gas cooker, microwave etc. Dining table and chairs

Bedroom 1– with double bed, built in wardrobe, pine furniture and TV

Bedroom 2 - cosy single room with wardrobe

Shower room - with built in units, basin and toilet

Exterior description:

Space for 2 cars. Our garden is for the enjoyment of our visitors. Stroll around the ponds or take a walk in the fields to see the sheep and wildlife.

Gas central heating. Changeover day is Saturday. Electricity, gas, towels and linen are included. Sorry no children under 12. Smoking is not permitted. We regret dogs are not permitted.

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

Booking information:

This property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Saturday. Change-over day varies for short breaks.

First payment is 20% of total rent. Final payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival.

Short breaks are available all year subject to conditions, please contact owner for prices.
