Although the setting is
secluded, The Lynches is a few minutes walk from the village
shop and pub and 15 minutes to the sea.

gas hob, dishwasher, Magimix, coffee maker, mini oven, microwave, pantry
with two fridges, ice-cream maker.

player.
Boiler room with washing and
drying machines.

To the south and
west of the house are paved terraces with marble and wooden tables ideal
for outside meals. A barbeque is built in to the kitchen terrace wall.

The property is cleaned between each let and
inspected regularly. Please help us maintain
high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

Booking
information:
Cottage is available for
renting by the
week with the change-over on Saturday. Change-over days may be
varied by arrangement. First payment is 50% of total rent. Linen is included. Final payment
is due 8 weeks prior to holiday plus £250 returnable deposit. Full payment is required if
booking is made within eight weeks of holiday.

Terms:
Lettings
are normally Saturday am to Saturday am.
Rent
includes all charges except telephone.
Returnable
deposit to cover telephone and breakages £250.
50%
of total rent payable on confirmation of booking and the balance plus
deposit, 8 weeks before commencement of rental.
Cancellation: 10%
of rent up to eight weeks prior, or 10% thereafter if
an alternative tenant can be found.
