Located in the hallway behind the living room is the original well, which adds an unusual feature as it is sunken into the floor and covered by protective glass. Quite a talking point …

The cottage is situated within walking distance of The Langton Arms public house.

Downstairs:  

Living room – with a beautiful open inglenook fireplace, TV, DVD and video and cd/radio cassette.

Dining room - very spacious with table to seat ten

Kitchen – modern style with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom – double bed with en-suite WC.

 

Upstairs:  

Bedroom 1 - double with two additional single beds.

Bedroom 2 - with twin beds.

Bedroom 3 - with single bed and pull out to make double.

Bathroom - bath with separate shower cubicle and WC.

 

Exterior description:  

Spacious garden and ample off-road parking. Patio area with garden furniture.

Central heating. Changeover day is Friday. Electricity, towels and linen are included. Smoking is not permitted. We regret dogs are not permitted.

 Departure time:      10.00am

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

This property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Friday for week bookings. For short breaks change-over day is Friday or Monday.

50% deposit required to confirm booking with balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.

Short breaks are available all year except Christmas and New Year, please contact owner for prices.

Cancellation:  


If cancelled, your deposit is non-refundable and guests will be responsible for the payment of the balance unless the cottage is re-let.
