fridge/freezer & washing machine. The utility is also the home of
our two ancient cats – Ginger & Bolly, who sleep in there at
night. They ask that you feed them, food provided. They do not come into
the house unless invited (which, frequently, they are).

Bedroom
1 – spacious,
twin bedded with fitted wardrobe & ensuite shower, loo &
wash basin. This room has wonderful views over the garden &
surrounding hills.

bed with fitted wardrobe and double aspect views, both south facing as
above and west facing over the woodland hill.
Bathroom,
with
loo, bath, washbasin and separate shower.
Third
bedroom – set
up as a reading room with sofa and chairs and a desk. Again with
wonderful west facing views over the woodland.
Exterior
description:
Access
to Sunshine House is via the orchard path, at the foot of which there is
parking for two cars. The cottage has a secluded and private garden with
its own access to the woodland trail. There is a barbecue, a dining
table and chairs for 4 and comfortable recliners for 4. This is the best
view at Innsacre Farm.
The cottage is
heated via the AGA and individually
controlled oil filled radiators. Changeover
day is Saturday. Rent includes electricity, towels and linen. Please
note that smoking
is not permitted inside or outside the cottage. Dogs
are sometimes permitted by arrangement - we have our own dogs so this is
not always possible, please check at time of booking.
