A modern and stylishly furnished apartment on the beachfront overlooking Weymouth Bay, which sleeps 7.

 

Seaview is situated on the second and third floors of the building (above an estate agency and a shop), offering fine panoramic views of the beach and sea.

 

Weymouth beach has fine golden sands and is very safe for bathing. The promenade has many good pubs and restaurants as well as traditional souvenir shops and amusement arcades.

 

The picturesque harbour is only a few minutes walk from the apartment and it is possible to take day trips to Jersey and Guernsey with Condor Ferries who operate from the harbour.

Parking available at rear of property for 1 car. Rent includes electricity and gas. Changeover day is Friday. Rent includes bed linen (duvets), please bring your own cot linen, towels and tea towels. Cots and highchairs are available by arrangement.

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

 Cottage is available for renting by the full week or for a short break. Week rentals change-over day is Friday. Change-over days vary for short breaks. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of total rent is required to secure booking. Linen is included. Final balance payment is due two months prior to occupation. Please obtain your own travel insurance. Electricity and gas is included.
