This cottage has
two wood/coal burning stoves and is heated by gas central heating. Changeover
day is Saturday. Rent includes electricity/gas during peak season.
During off-peak season (bookings before 12th May 2007 and after 8th
September 2007), an electricity supplement of £20 applies. Linen
and towels are charged at £8 per occupied bed. Smoking
is not permitted. Well behaved dogs are permitted downstairs at no extra charge
(please bring dog basket/bedding).
