Clematis Cottage is comfortably furnished 19th century cottage in Bothenhampton, which sleeps 6 plus a divan.

 

The house has its own lovely garden with garden furniture.

 

The property is an easy one mile walk to the market town of Bridport renowned for its rope making and West Bay, with its quaint harbour.

 

Clematis Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Dorset countryside and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Roadside parking available. Night storage heating is included from October-April, electricity is run by a £1 coin meter. Changeover day is Friday. Rent includes bed linen (duvets), please bring your own cot linen, towels and tea towels. Animals welcome at £15 per pet. Cots and highchairs are available by arrangement.

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

 Cottage is available for renting by the full week or for a short break. Week rentals change-over day is Friday. Change-over days vary for short breaks. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of total rent is required to secure booking. Linen is included. Final balance payment is due two months prior to occupation. Please obtain your own travel insurance. Electricity is run by £1 coin meter. Night storage heating is included from October to April.
