Exterior description:  

Charming upper and lower patio areas and large hill-side garden, leading into woodland. There is off -street parking for two cars.

This cottage has an open fireplace in inglenook, heating is electric. Changeover day is Saturday. Rent includes electricity during peak season. During low season (bookings before 12th May 2007 and after 8th September 2007), an electricity supplement of £20 applies. Linen and towels are charged at £8 per occupied bed. Smoking is not permitted. Well behaved dogs are permitted downstairs at no extra charge (please bring dog basket/bedding).

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

This cottage/property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Saturday. Short breaks are available all year, the cost is calculated as 2 nights for 50% of week price or 3-4 nights for 70% of week price. Change-over days vary for short breaks. First payment is £100 to secure booking. Final payment is due four weeks prior to holiday. Full payment is required if booking is made within four weeks of holiday.

If notification of cancellation is received less than four weeks before the arrival date, the full deposit will be retained.

If you cancel your booking less than ten days before the arrival date, 75% of the total cost of the stay will be due.
