This attractive stone cottage has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people.  It is comfortably furnished throughout and has a well equipped kitchen.  The sitting room is large with plenty of sitting space and a log fire.  The downstairs bedroom has recently been refurbished and the adjoining shower room now includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Chelsea has its own fenced garden where children and dogs can safely play.

Situated in the small hamlet of Rodden, nearby areas of interest are Weymouth , the Abbotsbury Swannery and Dorchester .  From the cottage it is very easy to join the South West Coastal Footpath.

Interior description:

Downstairs:  

Kitchen – electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster.

Sitting room - French windows opening onto garden, log fire, TV/video, telephone, radio/CD, books, games.

Bedroom – double bed.

Shower/washroom – recently upgraded shower room, WC, washbasin plus washing machine and tumble dryer.

 

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 – with 3 single beds.

Bedroom 2 – with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 – 1 double bed.

Bathroom – bath/shower, WC, washbasin, immersion heater, airing cupboard, shaving adapter, hairdryer, wall heater.

Exterior description:  

Good size fenced in garden, outside log shed, plenty of off-road parking for 2 cars.

Night storage heating. Changeover day is Friday. Electricity, towels and linen are included. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are permitted at a charge of £3 per night or £20 per week.

 Your arrival time:     FROM 2:00 pm

 Departure time:        BEFORE 10:00 am

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

This property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Friday.

£100 deposit required to confirm booking, balance payable on first weekend of arrival.

Short breaks are available from October-Easter, please contact owner for prices.

Cancellation:  


If cancelled, guests will be responsible for the payment of the balance unless the cottage is re-let.
