A 16th century thatched farmhouse in a picturesque setting close to the market town of Bridport, the property has its own coarse fishing lake.

It is an ideal base from which to explore the West Country with it's World Heritage Jurassic Coast and is off the A35 behind the owner's garden nursery

Broomhills main house sleeps 7 and the annex sleeps 4. The indoor heated swimming pool is attached to the main house via the table tennis room.

West Bay - a quaint harbour town - and Bridport are a mile from Broomhills.

Ample parking space. Night storage heating is included from October-April.  Changeover day is Friday. Rent includes linen, please bring your own cot linen, towels and tea towels. We regret animals are not permitted. Cots and highchairs are available by arrangement.

Departure time:  BEFORE 10:00 am
 

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

 Cottage is available for renting by the full week or for a short break. Week rentals change-over day is Friday. Change-over days vary for short breaks. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of total rent is required to secure booking. Linen is included. Final balance payment is due two months prior to occupation. Please obtain your own travel insurance. Electricity is run by £1 coin meter. Night storage heating is included from October to April.
