The Brambles and Willows are two very similar adjoining, single storey cottages recently converted from an old barn.  

Each has a kitchen/living room area, a bedroom and bathroom and are both comfortably furnished.  

The living room has French doors leading on to a south facing secluded patio complete with garden table and chairs.  

Langton Herring has its own excellent pub, The Elm Tree, which is a 5 min walk from the cottages.  Weymouth is a short drive away (15 min) and Abbotsbury with its famous Swannery is easily reached by car or for the more adventurous by foot.

 Interior description:

Downstairs (both cottages are single storey accommodation):  

Kitchen/living area - each cottage has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and the living area has beamed ceiling, log fire, eating table and French windows leading to private patio.

Bedroom – Twin/double bed, cupboard, radio, hairdryer.

The Willows Bathroom – bath/shower, WC, washbasin.

The Brambles Bathroom – shower, washbasin, WC.

 

Exterior description:  

Each cottage has a small secluded patio with garden table and seats.  Ample parking space for 2-3 cars.

Central heating. Changeover day is Friday. Electricity, towels and linen are included. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are permitted at a charge of £3 per night or £20 per week.

 Your arrival time:     FROM 2:00 pm

 Departure time:        BEFORE 10:00 am

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

 
Booking information:

This property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Friday.

£100 deposit required to confirm booking, balance payable on first weekend of arrival.

Short breaks are available from October-Easter, please contact owner for prices.

Cancellation:  


If cancelled, guests will be responsible for the payment of the balance unless the cottage is re-let.
