Downstairs:  

Lounge – with inglenook fireplace with log burner TV/DVD + VCR

Kitchen, galley style with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker

Dining area is off kitchen with fridge/freezer

Bathroom bath/shower over, basin and toilet

Upstairs:

Main bedroom has double bed with lovely views over countryside

Bedroom 2 has a single bed with room for cot if needed

Bedroom 3  has bunk beds ideal for children

Exterior description:  

Front of the cottage is lawn, drive in with ample parking.  At the rear is a fenced garden, safe for children with a patio and portable BBQ.

Night storage heating and log burner. Changeover day is Saturday. Rent includes electricity. Towels and bed linen are available at nominal charge*. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are not permitted.

Your arrival time:      FROM 3:00 pm

Departure time:         BEFORE 10:00 am

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

This cottage is available to rent by the week with change-over on Saturday. Change-over days vary for short breaks. First payment is 1/3rd of total rent.  Final payment is due on arrival at the property.  Full payment is required if booking is made within eight weeks of holiday.

*Double bed linen is £10.00  Single beds and bunks £8.00  Towels are £2.50 per pair

If you cancel your booking during the two months prior to your holiday check-in date (and the cottage is not re-let) your first payment (1/3 of total rent) will not be refunded.
