Dating back to the 17^th Century, 3 Lower Farm is a comfortable and homely cottage full of character and charm. Wooden ceiling beams, inglenooks and a log fire add to its original feel. The cottage is set in a large, fenced in garden which is well maintained and includes a patio area with wooden garden furniture.

Within the village of Langton Herring , which is only a short walk away, is the Elm Tree Pub which serves fine ales and excellent food. The coastal footpath runs past the cottage leading to some beautiful and scenic areas such as the Fleet and Abbotsbury. The seaside town of Weymouth is only 3 miles away.

There is ample parking for 2 cars.

Downstairs:

Sitting Room – comfortably furnished room with beams, inglenook fire place, TV/video.

Kitchen - beamed ceiling, electric oven, fridge/freezer, larder, wooden kitchen table.

Bathroom - bath/shower, washbasin, WC, shaving adapter, hairdryer.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 – 3 single beds, airing cupboard.

Bedroom 2 – 1 twin/double.

Exterior description:

Good size, fenced in garden with patio area and wooden garden furniture. Plenty of space for parking 2 cars.

Night storage heating. Changeover day is Friday. Electricity, towels and linen are included. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are permitted at a charge of £3 per night or £20 per week.

Your arrival time:     FROM 2:00 pm

Departure time:        BEFORE 10:00 am

Cottages are cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

Booking information:

This property is available to rent by the week with change-over on Friday.

£100 deposit required to confirm booking, balance payable on first weekend of arrival.

Short breaks are available from October-Easter, please contact owner for prices.

Cancellation:

If cancelled, guests will be responsible for the payment of the balance unless the cottage is re-let.
